    The Highest Self program includes personalized workout plans with different phases, tailored nutrition guidance, ongoing support from me Jer Masters, access to an community for motivation, exclusive mindset video's and weekly check-ins from me, to keep you on target.
  • How does the coaching work? Do I have direct access to Jer Masters?
    Yes, you'll have direct access to me! I will work with you to create a customized fitness plan based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I will provide you with guidance, support, and accountability throughout your journey.
  • Is this program suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! My programs are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We will adjust the program to match your current fitness level and gradually progress as you improve. If you are not sure but you do want to get started and get a taste, you can always choose the INTRO PROGRAM first.
